eQual

eQual is the internet enabled re-write of LabPro which needs only an internet browser on the user's PC to access a LabPro database. eQual is platform independent and requires no client downloads to start using it.

Here are some of the components which allow you to automate and manage the workflow of any Laboratory:-

·         Samples are Registered in batches.

·         Static or dynamic sampling/testing schemes can be defined.

·         The eQual Scheduling facility can be used to specify any Static or Dynamic scheme and automatically create samples based on a required frequency.

·         COA production can be scheduled to produce reports automatically when samples have been validated.

·         Invoice formats can be designed specifically for eQual Customers.

·         Invoices are produced as PDF files.

·         More than one format can be used.

·         XML files produced during the Invoice process can be used to interface data to other applications; such as Accounts Receivable.

·         Invoice production can be scheduled to produce invoices automatically when samples have been reported.
